Every project starts with a requirements session, held by video call or in person if you're in Karachi, and nothing is quoted until it's done. We work out what you need and recommend what fits. We don't add features just because they're easy to sell.

It also means we're straight with you about scope. If something you want won't work, or would cost more than it's worth, you'll hear it in that first conversation.

We price each project by its scope: the modules, the features and how complex it is. The price is fixed before work starts. There's no minimum budget, so a five-page site and a large system go through the same process.

Our prices include a fair profit, and we're open about that. Sustainable work needs one, and it's what keeps our focus on your results.

We offer seven services that between them cover a project from start to finish: web development, CRM and ERP systems, business process automation, mobile apps, UI/UX design, database design and optimization, and digital marketing and SEO.

Every project is managed and delivered under our full accountability, and you deal with one point of contact from the first call to launch. If a job falls outside what we do well, we'll tell you.

Every project goes through the same five stages: discovery, design, development, testing and deployment. You'll always know which one you're in and what happens next.

As a guide, a simple website takes about two weeks and one with a database about three. Web applications take three to four weeks, mobile apps one to three months, and custom CRM or ERP systems two to four months. We usually work agile and switch to waterfall when a project suits it. The timeline is agreed in writing before any work begins.

We deploy your product, set it up and hand over the working system, along with your accounts, your data and a user guide. We keep the source code. That lets us maintain, fix and extend the product quickly, and it's written into every agreement, so you know before you sign.

If you need the code itself, raise it during scoping and we'll discuss it as part of the quote.

We're based in Karachi and work with clients in Pakistan and abroad. Our agreements are in English, and we invoice local clients in Pakistani rupees and international clients in US dollars.

You'll get a progress update every day on WhatsApp or email, and we answer support requests within 48 hours. Both run on Pakistan time.
