Our Process

A clear path from idea to live product

Five stages, with a progress update from us every day. We keep it free of jargon, and we don't go quiet for weeks at a time.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A requirements session by video call, or in person if you're in Karachi, about your business, your customers and what the product needs to do. If a feature isn't worth building, we'd much prefer to find that out here than three weeks in. The quote and timeline come after this session.

  2. 02

    Design

We share a layout and visual direction for your feedback before any code is written. Changes are quick and cheap at this stage and slow and costly later, which is why the review happens here.

  3. 03

    Development

We build to the agreed scope and send you a progress update every day on WhatsApp or email. If something starts drifting from what you had in mind, you can tell us while it's still easy to change.

  4. 04

    Testing

We test across major browsers and devices, checking the things people only notice when they break: forms that submit, links that work, layouts that hold at awkward screen widths. Then you test it yourself on a staging site before anything goes live.

  5. 05

    Deployment

We deploy it, set it up and hand over the working product with your accounts, your data and a user guide. Your 30 days of included support start here.

Handover

What you get at handover

We deploy your product, set it up and hand over the working system, along with your accounts, your data and a user guide. We keep the source code. That lets us maintain, fix and extend it quickly, and it's written into every agreement, so you know before you sign. If you need the code itself, raise it during scoping and we'll discuss it as part of the quote.

What if we're not around? Your product runs on hosting in your own accounts, your data stays yours, and the user guide covers day-to-day operation. Nothing you need to keep it running is locked in an account only we control.

The Practical Details

How a project runs

We usually work agile and switch to waterfall when a project suits it. Either way, these are the terms you can plan around.

Timelines

A simple website takes about two weeks, and one with a database about three. Web apps take three to four weeks, mobile apps one to three months, and custom CRM or ERP systems two to four months.

Payments

You pay in three stages: 30% before work starts, 40% when development is complete and signed off, and 30% at deployment and handover.

Your materials

Content, images and brand assets come from you. You have three days to send what we ask for, plus two days' grace. If they arrive after that, we set a new deadline from the day they do.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included. Changing the requirements we agreed counts as a scope change and is quoted separately.

Scope changes

If you need something new mid-project, we first check whether it's really needed. If it is, you get a new quote and a revised timeline before we build it.

After launch

Bug fixes and support are included for 30 days, and we reply within 48 hours. After that, a monthly maintenance plan covers fixes and minor updates.
