1. Introduction
Hubix Technologies (“Hubix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software studio based in Karachi, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you work with us, how we use it, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
Through this website, we collect only what you choose to send us, plus what any website receives when you visit it:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. We use these to reply to your enquiry.
- Website feedback form: your ratings of this website and an optional comment. It does not ask for your name or email address.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device information, recorded in standard server logs by our hosting provider when you load a page.
- Analytics, only with your consent: how you use the site, measured by Google Analytics (see section 6).
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you send through those channels. If you become a client, we also hold what we need to deliver your project: contact details, requirements and materials, the access you give us to your systems, and invoices and agreements.
We do not run a newsletter or mailing list, and contacting us does not add you to one.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your enquiries; to scope, deliver, support and invoice your project; to improve this website; and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or build profiles of you.
4. Who Receives Your Information
We use a small number of third-party services to run this website and our business. Each handles data on our behalf, under its own terms and privacy policy:
- Formspree receives and stores every contact-form and website-feedback submission, and delivers it to us.
- Netlify hosts this website and records standard server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces and icons on every page, and receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
- Google Analytics measures site usage, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Meet, Google Drive), for email, video calls, and file storage and backups.
- WhatsApp Business (Meta), for messages you send us through the WhatsApp button.
- Cloud backup (Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive), for encrypted backups of project files.
- Your project’s hosting provider, where we arrange hosting for you.
We do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
5. International Transfers
All of the services listed above operate on infrastructure outside Pakistan. When you use this website or our services, your information is processed in other countries, under those providers’ own terms and safeguards.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable, practical steps to protect what you share with us:
- full-disk encryption on every work machine;
- automatic backups to an encrypted cloud drive, or to an external drive stored separately;
- two-step verification on our email, hosting and code accounts;
- screens locked whenever they are left unattended; and
- access to a client’s project limited to the people working on it, and revoked after delivery.
Form submissions travel to Formspree over an encrypted connection, and Formspree applies its own security measures to data in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we treat your information with care.
8. How Long We Keep It
Project files are kept for 6 to 12 months after final delivery, then deleted. Invoices, agreements and related records are kept for as long as tax and legal requirements oblige us to. Technical documentation for each project, and a basic record of each client and project, are kept as internal business records.
9. Your Rights and Deletion Requests
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Once we have confirmed and verified a request, we act on it within 14 days, where applicable. Invoices and agreements are exempt from deletion because we are legally required to keep them. Copies held in backups are removed as those backups rotate out. Where a third-party provider holds the data and its own deletion process takes longer, its timeline applies, and we will tell you what to expect.
10. If Something Goes Wrong
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we contain it the same day by changing passwords, removing access and disconnecting any affected device. Within 24 hours of confirming the incident, we tell affected clients what happened, what data was involved and what we are doing about it. We then fix the cause and keep a record of the incident, including who was told.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
