CRM & ERP Systems

Custom CRM & ERP Development in Karachi

We build CRM and ERP systems from scratch, to your requirements and budget. You get one system for the customers, stock, money and people your business runs on, designed around how you already work.

Most businesses come to us when spreadsheets, message threads and a few disconnected tools have stopped keeping up. The same data gets typed in three places, nobody fully trusts the stock figures, and reports take a day to put together. A system built around your workflow removes that friction, so your team isn't working around its tools.

Customer relationship management

One record for every customer, with contact details, conversations, quotes, orders and history in one place for the people who need it. Follow-ups no longer depend on someone remembering.

We model the relationships that matter to your business, like accounts with several contacts, customers who are also suppliers, and repeat orders, so nothing gets squeezed into a generic contact list.

Sales pipelines and quotations

Leads, quotations and orders move through the stages your sales process really has, and the numbers stay in step at each one.

A quotation turns into an order, and the order into an invoice, without anyone retyping it. Most of the time you save comes from that one chain.

Inventory and stock

Stock levels, movements, locations and reorder points update automatically whenever goods are sold or received, with no separate count needed.

Inventory is where a rushed system fails first, so we settle the rules first: what reserves stock, what releases it, and what happens when two orders want the last unit.

Purchasing and suppliers

Supplier records, purchase orders and goods received, linked to the stock they replenish and the bills they generate.

Invoicing and accounts

Invoices, payments, balances and statements generated from the orders and work already in the system, in the currencies you trade in.

We build the operational side of the numbers, meaning what was sold, billed and paid, and structure it so your accountant can work from it directly.

HR and staff records

Staff details, roles, attendance and leave, held in one place, with each person seeing only what their role allows.

Operations and workflow

Approvals, task assignments and the status of work in progress, so jobs move between people without anyone chasing them. For steps that can run on their own, see business process automation.

Reporting and dashboards

The figures you ask for every week, ready whenever you need them: sales, stock, receivables and performance. They're built from live data, so they're never a copy that went stale by Tuesday.

Role-based access

Everyone sees and changes only what their role requires. We design permissions along with the features from the start, and every sensitive change leaves a record.

Integration with what you already run

Payment gateways, online storefronts, accounting tools, messaging or an existing database, connected so data flows one way and nobody has to reconcile it by hand.

We map what you have during the requirements session, so the quote covers the real integration work.

HOW WE WORK

How the work runs

Every project goes through the same five stages (discovery, design, development, testing and deployment), so you always know where things stand. As a guide, a simple website takes about two weeks, web apps three to four weeks, mobile apps one to three months, and custom CRM or ERP systems two to four months. The exact timeline is agreed in writing before work starts.

You deal with one point of contact and get a progress update every day. At handover we deploy the product, set it up, and give you your accounts, your data and a user guide. We keep the source code, and every agreement says so. There's more on how we work on the about page, and the full toolset is on our tech stack page.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does a custom CRM or ERP take?

Usually two to four months, depending on complexity. The main factors are the number of modules and how many existing systems it has to connect to. We confirm the timeline after the requirements session and agree it in writing before work begins.

What happens to the data and tools we already use?

We can migrate your existing data into the new system and connect it to the tools you want to keep. We map what you have during the requirements session, so the quote covers the real migration and integration work.

How is a CRM or ERP priced?

By scope: the modules, features and complexity involved. The price is fixed before work starts, and there's no minimum budget. You pay in three stages: 30% to begin, 40% when development is complete and signed off, and 30% at deployment and handover.
