Systems that take over the repetitive parts of your business: approvals, records, notifications, reports, and the handoffs between people and systems. We start with the process you already have and automate the steps that take time but don't need anyone's judgement.
Good candidates are usually easy to spot: work someone does the same way every day, data copied from one place to another, reminders that rely on memory, and reports put together by hand. Automating them isn't glamorous, but it's usually where the hours are.
Requests that route themselves to the right person, with the context needed to decide, and a record of who approved what and when.
Leave, purchases, discounts, refunds: whatever needs sign-off, the rules for who approves it, and up to what amount, live in the system instead of in someone's head.
02
Automated record-keeping
Records are created and updated as part of the work itself, when an order is placed, a job finishes or a payment arrives, so nobody has to catch up on them at the end of the day.
03
Notifications and alerts
The right people hear about things at the right moment: stock falling below a threshold, a deadline coming up, a payment overdue. Alerts go out by email or message and stay quiet the rest of the time.
04
Scheduled and recurring jobs
Reminders, renewals, reconciliations and reports that happen every day, week or month run on schedule, without anyone having to remember to start them.
05
Documents and reports
Invoices, quotations, certificates, statements and weekly reports generated from live data, in your format, without copying and pasting.
06
Less manual data entry
Information is captured once, when it arrives, and reused everywhere it's needed.
Every retyped field is a chance for a mistake. Removing them is usually the biggest single win, both in time saved and in errors that never happen.
07
Handoffs between systems
Your website, customer records, accounts, spreadsheets and messaging stay in step automatically, so a change in one place doesn't wait for someone to copy it elsewhere. If you'd rather have everything in a single system, see CRM & ERP systems.
08
Exceptions and audit trails
When something goes wrong, the automation tells you straight away. Anything that doesn't fit the rules is flagged for a person to handle, and every automated step leaves a record you can check.
HOW WE WORK
How the work runs
Every project goes through the same five stages (discovery, design, development, testing and deployment), so you always know where things stand. As a guide, a simple website takes about two weeks, web apps three to four weeks, mobile apps one to three months, and custom CRM or ERP systems two to four months. The exact timeline is agreed in writing before work starts.
You deal with one point of contact and get a progress update every day. At handover we deploy the product, set it up, and give you your accounts, your data and a user guide. We keep the source code, and every agreement says so. There's more on how we work on the about page, and the full toolset is on our tech stack page.

FAQ
Common questions
What kinds of process are worth automating?
Work that's repetitive, rule-based and frequent: data copied between systems, routine approvals, recurring reports, reminders and follow-ups. If a task needs real judgement each time, we'll say so and automate the preparation around it.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We connect to the systems you already use wherever they allow it. If one doesn't, we'll tell you in the requirements session, before you get a quote.
How does an automation project start?
With a requirements session, by video call or in person in Karachi, where we map the process as it really runs today, workarounds included. From that we recommend what's worth automating, and you get a fixed quote and timeline before any work begins.
